After your order is placed you'll receive an email confirmation of your order details.
If you may need to change your address after your order is placed please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can try and rectify the issue. Once the order ships we cannot change the address.
Most of our products ship to the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Austrailia. However some products do not ship outside of the USA. Those are all clearly labeled on their respective product pages.
Most customers receive their orders within 5-12 business days. However, shipping time is not guaranteed and sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. If for some reason you have not received your order after 21 business days please get in contact with us so that we can look further into it!
