At PlushieDepot.com, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your plush toy(s), we offer a hassle-free 30-day money back guarantee return policy.

Please read the following guidelines to understand our return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns / Cancellations: 

  • All plush toys are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the plush toy(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For cancellations, please email us: info@plushiedepot.com within 1-3 hours of purchase as once the order ships it cannot be cancelled. We will confirm all cancellations via email. 

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as incorrect item sent or item arrived damaged.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance for your return shipment. PlushieDepot.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned plush toy(s) and verify that they are in original condition, we will process the refund.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Timeframe for Refunds:

  • We strive to process refunds promptly upon receipt of the returned plush toy(s).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. However, please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Exclusions:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on plush toys that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear and tear.
  • Customized or personalized plush toys cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
  • No returns are accepted on holiday items.
  • Some items ship from 3rd party vendors and may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Credit Card Chargebacks:

  • If you choose to initiate a credit card chargeback without contacting our customer support team and following our return process, your eligibility for a refund may be affected. We recommend reaching out to us first to resolve any issues.

8. Missed Event Dates:

  • We do not accept returns for missed event dates. Please ensure that you place your order well in advance to allow for any unforeseen delays.
