Cancellation Policy
Once orders are placed they are generally processed the same day. In order to successfully cancel your order it must be done before it is processed. The best way would be to send us a message right after your order so that we see it before it is processed.
Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled as scheduled
However, once your receive you plushy you can go through our normal refund process to receive a full refund.
