Most items on our website ship for free to US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia!
Just a heads up, some products might not ship outside the USA, but you can find out for sure by checking the details under each product description. Some products however do not ship free, please see below.
Shipping Fees
A few products are shipped by third-party vendors, and they might have some shipping fees. Don't worry, though – we always clearly mark those products that may have shipping fees so you'll know exactly what to expect. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Processing Times
Here's typically how long it takes for your order to get ready:
Quick Ship: 1-2 Business Days (only specific items)
Regular Domestic: 2-7 business days
Third-Party Partners: 2-5 Business Days
International: 2-7 business days
But remember, these times are just estimates, so your order might be ready sooner or later than expected.
Delivery Times
Once your order is ready, here's how long it typically takes to get to you:
Quick Ship: 3-5 business days (only specific items)
General Domestic: 7-21 business days
Third-Party Partners: 5-14 business days
International: 10-30 business days
Just keep in mind that these times are estimates, so your plushies might arrive a little earlier or later. Average estimate is about 10-12 business days for most orders. Past performance is, however, not indicative of future performance.
Fullfillment Details
Quickship items are fulfilled directly by Plushie Depot and are labeled on their respective product pages as "Quick Ship" "Ships in 48rs" and other identifying labels.
All other orders are fulfilled by our partners both abroad and domestically. Items will ship from the closest point of origin. Please allow additional transit time. Shipping Fees, VAT, and other taxes may apply.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order before it's shipped.

and we'll take care of it for you. The sooner the better though as things ship typically ship out much sooner than we advertise (under promise and over deliver)

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the time you receive you order to start a return. Only unused, sealed packages with tags can be returned for a full refund. Please see our full return policy for full details.
